HERITAGE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP

We, at Heritage Christian Fellowship, welcome you to be part of our Sunday Service which starts at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday morning.

Come along on our tour by scrolling down......

We start our service with Youth Leader, Lane Morikawa, and one of the youths welcoming our worshippers to a God spirited Sunday service.

Here are some of them pictured at right.

Then our Praise Team, led by Clayton Kua, leads the congregation to spirit filled worship songs. Many times, you can feel the annointing of the Holy Spirit within the sanctuary.

After a melody of praise songs, deaconness Sheri Kang leads us into prayer, praising our "King of Kings, Lord of Lords," thanking Him for all the blessings He provides for all of us.

"Thanking our Lord Jesus Christ for sacrificing His life so we can be forgiven for our sins and be given everlasting life."

Lorna Ita will take Sheri's place when Sheri's not here.

Or, at times, Vicki Ng will fill in.

After opening prayer, what better way to worship our God then with hymnal songs, feeling the Spirit of God.....Here our Praise Team leads us with some very moving music.

In keeping our congregation informed, Louann Kimura announces the upcoming calendar of events, and at this time, any leader can announce other activities that will be coming up in the future.

Roxann Ikeda (and Payton) will fill in for Louann in her absence.

After announcements, the designated Worship Leader for the day will receive praise and prayer requests from the congregation.

We had some wonderful victory reports due to our congregation praying. After receiving all the praise and prayer requests, the Worship Leader will lead the congregation in praying for all the requests.

"May we shout for joy when we hear of your victory and raise a victory banner in the name of our God. May the Lord answer all your prayes". Psalms 21:5

"And since we know He hears us when we make our requests, we also know that He will give us what we ask for". 1 John 5:15

Tithes are an important part of service. We call upon our children who are very helpful in gathering our tithes for the day.

"Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my temple. If you do, say the Lord of Heaven's Armies, I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won't have enough room to take it in. Try it! Put me to the test!" Malachi 3:10.

Thereafter, Pastor Lloyd will dismiss the children to Keiki Nursery and Children Worship.

Pastor Lloyd will then give the message of the day. On this day, his message was "Are you a Steal a Robber?"

As his message contains the definition of a steal a robber....if you want to find out if you are or are not...., you have to attend service on Sunday to find out.

Congregation listening to Pastor Lloyd's message, "Are you a Steal A Robber?"

What better way to close the service but with a worship song. The Worship Team leads in the last song of the day....

Pastor Lloyd will then end the service with one final blessing and calling on one of the Deacons to say a closing prayer.

The final prayer is given by one of six deacons to close the service.

The picture shown below was taken at the last Deacon Ordination service for deacon Gene Monnier (shown being prayed upon by deconness Sheri Kang), and deacon John Kimura (sitted towards the right), overlooked by deacon Eddie Yokoyama (far left), deacon Roger Kuntemeyer, deacon Jay Kimura (far right), and Pastor Lloyd.
